Under New Management

Effective April 1, 2024, Southshore's management company is Management Trust.  Management Trust is assuming all onsite responsibilities that include programming, fitness classes, overseeing pool operations, supporting and staffing social committee events, and maintenance.

The Southshore Metropolitan District is a governmental entity and political subdivision of the State of Colorado operating with an elected five person Board of Directors. The primary purpose of the District is to finance public infrastructure required by the development and to provide on-going operation and maintenance of retained District improvements and facilities.  The District's primary funding is from a property tax mill levy assessed on properties located within the District's boundaries.

Next Meeting

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 6pm MST

Currently, Meetings are remote via Zoom. If you are unable to attend, public comment can be sent to the District's attorney at contact@southshoremetro.org
